I am a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, as well as a life & business coach, and I have many years of experience helping people feel better in their bodies and become stronger.
I believe that body and mind are intricately connected. When you work with me, we not only focus on your body getting stronger, but also your mind. Empowerment, confidence, self-acceptance and feeling good and grateful in your own body is the essence of my work.
As a coach I am your biggest suppporter and you can expect me to always be 100% authentic and honest.
I always start with you, your wants, and your needs.
Personal training and coaching should be fun, developmental, and encouraging.
My approach is that you are capable of more than you think, whether it's about mental or physical achievements.
The book about personal training
In 2022 I published the first educational book for personal trainers with the largest publisher in Denmark. With the book I wanted to contribute to educating qualified personal trainers and raise the standards in the industry. The book is in Danish.
